Playbods Dancing

Dance and sensory play activities in unusual places in Leeds for children from birth to ten years old, parents, grandparents and carers.

Playbods is a collaboration between Kim Glassby and Bryony Pritchard who specialise in community dance, play work and installation. So far, this research has been supported and funded by Leeds Inspired. Visit the Playbods website to find out more.

In 2012, Playbods developed a project with Leeds Libraries, inviting families to play and explore the library in a different way through interactive, experimental and fun games based around stories and themes of movement and journeys. T
he activities supported reading and creative family learning inside the children's library area across different libraries in Leeds and Huddersfield.
